Two experienced teams manage a diverse residential portfolio, ranging from centrally located urban buildings to residential complexes in suburban areas. This includes, among others, approximately 100 traditional rental properties owned by Donau Versicherung and Wiener Städtische Versicherung.
Commercial Properties
Our Commercial Property Management team oversees office, retail and mixed-use properties, primarily owned by Vienna Insurance Group. Close cooperation with Facility Management and Construction Management ensures long-term value preservation, operational efficiency and property safety.
